Comfy clothing with elastane/latex allergy?

I've had this allergy for a bit over 6 months now, and get seriously itchy and break out in hives from anything with even 1% elastane (or latex or rubber) in it. I've found underwear that works and have gotten rid of more than half my wardrobe, but I'm finding it really hard to find things like pyjama trousers or sweats.

I tried making sure to only use covered elastics - doesn't work. Tried taking out the elastic bands inside those covered waistbands (replaced with cotton drawstring) - It's a lot better but I'm still reacting. It seems to be contamination that just won't quite go away even with multiple washes. If I have to I'll cut the waistbands off and try to sew on completely new ones, it's just a lot of work and I'd rather just buy something that works.

(I have daywear that works, but would rather not have to sleep with many pockets, button and zipper etc.)

Anyone has any tips of trousers I could look for? I'm in Europe and would rather not have to buy from the USA.

(I'm a guy but don't mind looking at women's stuff if it's something I can wear and not break out in hives, sizes just have to go higher than L in that case.)
