To Kelly and Pickle
A few months ago, someone reached out to me from the finch community here on this subreddit.
They saw me talking about my struggles with OCD and binging and wanted to offer support as they related.
We became tree friends and have interacted every day since, almost daily gifting.
I noticed a few days ago that Pickle was reset to bay finch form. I thought it was weird but hey, maybe they just like the period where they’re a baby.
Today I noticed they hadn’t been online in a few days and came to message them where it all began, here on Reddit, just to check in that they were okay, but I found their account deleted.
I’m posting here just to thank Kelly (and Pickle) for being a part of my day and truthfully helping me keep focus. I really hope you’re both okay, and if you ever return to Reddit or finch please reach out to me.
