Hi. I upgraded my I140 application to premium processing around 10 days ago. I got an email stating this:

“The Nebraska Service Center has received the following I-140 Petition for Immigrant Worker E21”

However I didn’t not get any I797 with the premium processing upgrade request approval yet. I am confused if it has been upgraded yet or not. Can folks who upgraded to PP online let me know if they ever got a I797 for PP upgrade in the first place?

I know I can find the 2023 original on Amazon Prime, but looking forward to other answers! :P

I am looking for only 1 year programs, are there any such?

I’d like to understand how Day 1 CPT works. Will I receive a new EAD card for CPT or is it just an I20 like regular CPT?

My current EAD will expire when my STEM OPT ends, so I’m unsure how I can continue working while studying.

What documentation can I provide to my employer as proof of work authorization? And how long does it take to get a work permit while I am in the transition process and am I even allowed to work during such transition?

I'm trying to figure out whether there are any rules saying you must attend a Day‑1 CPT university in the same state or region where we live.

For example, if I live in state A, is it still allowed to enroll in a Day‑1 CPT program in state B or C? Just trying to understand what the actual restrictions are.
