I’m retiring from the Air Force at the end of 2026. Already have an approved skillbridge with allegiant vets. I know they will allow people in the program to do “OJT” with companies. Does anyone know if you can legitimately start a paid job and classify it as OJT with Allegiant. I’ve heard the stories about people working under the table but can you legally start work and get a paycheck from your new job under skillbridge? Thanks!
