First time using fingering weight yarn and my first mosaic overlay project. The process is slow but incredibly satisfying. The pattern is the Mosaic Monstera Bag using Scheepjes Whirl in Sippy Sage and Whirlette in Bitter Coffee.

I've tasked myself with creating a themed kitchen set for each month for an entire year to gift my mom, and I finished May's set with a few days to spare! I've also included photos of April's set which began the idea. I give them to her as they're complete before the first day of the month. They're not perfect, but I'm learning a lot about working with different cotton yarns and pattern reading (and improvisation when I need to fix my mistakes 😅). I found all of the patterns on Ravelry and have the entire year's queue planned with a crocheted towel, a towel holder, and a hot pad or wash cloth. Links provided below for all of the patterns I followed.

Pardon the repost- I got a weird error and the photos didn't seem to be working so I deleted and reposted.
