pixalated worms/lines in the middle of my vision.
Unlocked something new , no one else here described , im scared and im writingthis after my second panic attack wave... Today I wore for the first time blue light glasses... which I regret. After taking them off my vision got full o f blue spots which made me over aware of my vision.That led me to notice in the very middle of my vision small pixelated lines worms ? like I can see highlited lines ( Not floaters.)If I close my eyes they feel like very tiny neon highlighted lines / worms. I dont know if the glasses actually did some kind of damage to the way I perceive my vision or my over awareness made me notice something I always had. I cannot calm down neither something similar , neither can i draw it or find a photo to explain. Its very scary. Idk how to calm down
