Warehouse job around 215 panes in total. Most of the panes have hard water damage around the outside. And incredibly dirty. The windows also have those pigeon spikes on them which would lend to at least some difficulty.

At the end of this video you see that somebody attempted to clean the window and it BURNT 🔥 the glass.

Need an estimate of about what you would charge also how would you phrase the “Customer expectations” part? Where you keep the customer expectations in check going years without cleaning the windows.

In person I told him this and he understood completely .. but you know these things need to be in writing.
