31F, 5 months post partum.
I hate my body now, I hate my face. I feel like I have aged so much and I am exhausted. I don’t even really want to go out in public, I’m so insecure of this new me. I hate posting without makeup so this is a lot for me. Please don’t hurt my feelings, but be honest I guess.
