Hi! I just want to ask if it's normal for AF to require payment in advance. I took advantage of their promo on April 6, 2026, pre-selling. I understand the initial payment was for the keyfob.

On May 10, 2026, I went to the AF branch to claim my keyfob, and they asked me to pay the advance fee for June.

I wasn't informed about this beforehand, and I reviewed the contract I signed.
