Speech recognition that drains phone battery
Hello!
My mom recently bought Google Photos storage and she received a call from her mobile network provider (blau.de). They wanted to check whether the data they had was still correct and also read the (old) data out first. After that she received an E-mail from them that said the correction worked and contained a link where she could check that (which she didn't click).
However, now her phones battery is getting low super fast and it's also been heating up even when she doesn't use it. The settings said that a speech recognition and speech synthesis is responible for the battery usage (~110%), however we couldn't find said software anywhere. The Google one says it isn't compatible with her phone so it likely isn't that one.
But where do we find it now? And how do we deactivate it?
