It’s like the perfect ratio of chocolate, pistachios and pistachio nuts idk.
I went to a cafe two years ago and they had a banana matcha latte on the menu and since then I’ve been hooked. I would go to different cafes the same city and in different cities and try each one, but none of them hit me the same way that first one did.
I looked at the menu and found that the drink was no longer there. Probably seasonal.
I bought my own matcha set, watched so many tutorials on banana matchas, and attempted multiples times.
Today was the first time it came out so perfect Omgosh. 😁😁😁
I made it with banana syrup, oat milk, a salted egg white banana foam, sprinkle of cinnamon and crushed shortbread.
I can’t wait to make it for my friends 😁😁
