I stopped overbuilding and started shipping faster
For a long time, I kept trying to perfect everything before putting it out. Landing pages, features, even small details.
But nothing really moved.
Recently, I switched to shipping faster and improving based on feedback. I’ve been using tools like Runable to quickly put together pages and ideas, which helps me focus more on testing than overthinking.
It’s still not perfect, but things are finally moving.
