Newbie question, when people talk about bench pressing 80 kg, 100 kg, 150 kg etc. Do they mean one repetition, or more (ie, 7,10 15) etc.?

20m bored do you like diet coke or regular coke
I personally like diet coke. And Hegel, and nabokov, and velvet Underground, and bergman, and working out, and mindlessly scrolling on the internet, and penguins. Penguins are pretty nice, they are actually a bird who swims, that's pretty cool. I also like people who text fast and are interesting. So text me bc I'm bored
ELI5: why does literally everything causes cancer?
Maybe it's just an internet brain rot but I have seen a lot of videos on what I eat causes cancer, what I do causes cancer, doing this and that causes cancer. Why does everything cause cancer?
ELI5: Why don't we put artificial sweeteners in everything and replace sugar as a whole?
The diet coke I drink, it tastes amazing with zero drawbacks. The creatine I drink has artificial sweetener, zero calories, tastes just like the sugary drinks I used to drink in the summer. The protein shake I use tastes amazing and has zero sugar. Honestly, apart from coffee sometimes, I don't think I ever use sugar. Why isn't this thing in everything? It is just as sweet as sugar or sometimes better, it has no negative effect on the body, it has zero calories and has no negative effects of sugar. Why don't we put artificial sweeteners in ice cream, or cookies or any sweets
