I’m currently conducting research for my dissertation on how the tech sector’s termination practices impact the mental health and psychological safety of the employees who stay behind.
With everything happening in the industry in 2026, many of us have seen colleagues leave or faced uncertainty ourselves. I want to document the "survivor" experience to help build a case for more humane HR practices.
