Trim pups off degraft?
Hi, amateur grower trying to get a small collection going, and made a kinda dumb purchase of a degraft several months ago. Better than poached, and still really fun for a newb who thought I’d never grow any, but now I want “natural” ones if possible and seems deep root ones are healthier and can be watered less. Also one pup rotted cause they have soft stalks/necks or whatever that stay in contact with wet soil..
I’m considering removing the pups and rooting them (if possible), maybe some grafts onto trichos, to get the main one buried. Is this a good idea? Any tips on how to root the pups if so? Or should I just let it root in like an inch or two of soil/medium? It is working.. but I don’t like it. I do have some proper rooted little ones and seedlings 😔🤷♂️
