Be aware and on guard!

Hi guys,
I just wanted to share this experience with you hoping this increase awareness in a seemingly job offer scams going around. I have been job hunting for about a month now and have been trying for remote positions so I have honestly lost track of which company and what position I have applied for that these two emails blended in with the bulk of rejection emails I have been receiving as well.
Reading this from my phone set of some red flags but at the same time gave me a glimmer of hope only to feel deflated like a whoopie cushion after being sat on when I looked at these two emails from a bigger screen.
At a first glance, the job offer salary already was a waving red flag. I gave it half of my day investigating these two emails. While the companies they are "representing" exists, no results came up when I looked them up on LinkedIn, and have scoured Google using all keywords possible. I called Williams Sonoma but the HR department could not disclose any information over the phone to either verify the person nor the email. I sent them an email to inform them about this scam but have not heard from them.
I am in a state of desperation of finding a new job which is why I sat next to the red flags instead of shutting it down.
