My Astro headset is causing a really strange issue and l am starting to think something is wrong with it or the base station. I cannot even properly test EQ settings or use the headset the way it is meant to be used because the screen cuts out randomly at different times.

Everything in my setup is new, including the HDMI 2.1 cables, Xbox, and monitor, so I really do not think this should be happening. I have already reset the headset multiple times, made sure standby is off, and checked that everything is connected properly, but the issue still keeps happening.

The only way to get the picture back is to take the headset off, put it on the base station, and then place it back on my head again. A brand new headset, especially one that costs £379, should not be causing problems like this

Am I missing something, or does this sound like a fault with the headset or base station?
