Here’s how and why she should’ve been alive:

I become the Flash and travel to that time just right before Adam Smasher is present & kidnap Rebecca out of nowhere before he comes down. Then I release her into a safe area where Adam Smasher isn’t present, thus breaking the canon event. That way, there could be a good ending where she stays alive with some ice cream and puppies and forget about the tragedies that occurred over at Night City 😇😇
