What do we think? Jude the Obscure not completely budding out..
Planted last year and was healthy. Actually had two blooms last year, even as small as he is.
This spring, these buds appeared but if they are swelling at all I can't tell.
All of my other roses are well into leafing out.
I'm hoping that he's not dead! this will be my first time growing this variety.
Does anyone else have any experience with Jude and timing as far as being slower than other varieties to wake up?
