Considering it would likely take place in hell, i'm almost sure everyone who helped Homelander during the seasons would be there, of course, i doubt people who deflected would be on his side such as A-Train, but i could easily see him commanding the rest of the supes. Allowing Overlords to Vox is definitly Debatable and in most cases i don't agree since they turned on him but i could see this MU allowing them to work together. It also makes the MU a lot more fun and debatable rather than "lol, Vox Statstomps and Oneshots" due to how much variety Supes have in The Boys.

Listen, i like Ragatha a lot as a character, but if there's one thing i can't stand is forced positivity. With Jax, he's a asshole, but you can tell him to go fuck himself without having to worry, but Ragatha, isn't really doing nothing wrong? Which would make interacting with her harder as, she's not a bad person, but you can tell when forced positivity really starts to get annoying. It does feels like no matter how bad the shit you could say to her is, she would always try to pull positivity out of it to cheer people up. Its Fake, doesn't really help much.

For Context: Around the Ending of the Comic, He made an explosive capable of detonating any trace of V in order to kill every Supe on earth. But that would also include Non-Supes who have had direct contact, so theoretically if Butcher gets a bit of V in his opponents body and then burns off his own, then he could blow them up from the inside.
