Hi everyone, I’m having ongoing issues with my Anycubic Kobra S1 3D printer and I’m hoping someone can help.

Since I got this printer, I’ve always had a lot of problems with filament. The initial issue was that one of my filaments was old and had snapped inside the PTFE tubes. I identified the problem, removed all the broken pieces, and replaced the filament by buying four new PLA-High Speed spools directly from Anycubic. After that, the issue was fully resolved.

It worked fine for about a week. I even managed to complete a 12-hour multicolor print, with a few interruptions due to filament tangling, but overall it was successful.

A few days later, I tried to start another print, but the printer started having filament problems again. This time it broke inside the extruder. So I fully disassembled the extruder following a YouTube tutorial, removed the stuck filament, reassembled everything, and tested it again.

Now the printer no longer gives an error about stuck filament, but when I press “extrude,” the filament feeds correctly up to the extruder. However, as soon as it actually starts entering the extruder, the issue shown in the attached video happens (sound on).

Needless to say, printing is currently impossible.

I’ve already tried disassembling and checking everything multiple times, but it has been doing the same thing for weeks now.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks a lot.
