For you between the age of 13-18, that is addicted to nic, i have the greatest way for you to stop and letting your parents know in a good way.
So lets say you are a vape addicted 15yo, and your parents dosent know, and you got to the point of addiction where you feel yourself that you need to stop, what i want you to do, is go to your mom or dad when they are in a good mood (important) and tell them,
mom/dad, i am addicted to nicotine and i want help to stop doing it.
it is allmost impossible for them to be mad, and the only thing they could be mad about is you doing nic, but they will at the same time be happy you reach out to them to get help whith addiction.
