Stream Deck Plugin for LibreLinkUp

I've been wearing a Libre 3+ for about 8 months now. I really appreciate the insights I get regarding food choices and exercise.
Recently I purchased a Stream Deck for productivity. I don't have much time for gaming or streaming, but I thought it might help me with launching some automations, etc.
One of the first things I searched for was a very easy way to add my blood sugar readings from the CGM to the Stream Deck. Really just for fun: I'm well controlled but quite often look at my phone to see where I'm at on the CGM. I wanted to reduce the time I spend doing that. I didn't see anything readily available for this, so I built it.
Now I can see my readings at a glance all the time while I'm working at my computer. It's been really convenient. I've released it on the Elgato Marketplace for anyone to use. No complex setup besides setting up LibreLinkUp. Detailed instructions are included on how to do this.
Hoping that this helps out anyone who, like me, is just a bit addicted to checking their phone app. I want to make clear though, that this is just for FUN. Don't use this expecting it to be medically accurate. There are potential delays, errors, and API rate limiting that could make the displayed number inaccurate.
