Swapping PSU and CPU, am I missing anything?

I'm upgrading a prebuilt that I purchased as I happened upon a good deal on a new CPU. From my reading my stock generic 650w PSU is not enough so here is what I'm going to be putting in:

Upgrading from Ryzen 7 7700X to Ryzen 7 9800X3D

New MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 PSU

Mb is MSI Pro B840M-P WIFI6E

2x 32gb DDR5 Corsair Vengeance CL30 6000mt

RTX 5070 Shadow 2

I've got 2x 2TB NVME ssd's, and a third on a nvme to pcie x1 adapter. I also have 1x 1TB in an external TUF ssd holder.

I've added 3x bottom 120mm intake fans and 2x 140mm top exhaust fans, and I'm running a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Digital cooler.

From what I've read I should be good to go, I've updated the BIOS to the latest version, have new thernal paste. Is there anything I'm missing other than just removing the cooler and swaping CPUs, and the swapping PSU and running new cords/cable management.

I'm assuming first boot after will take some time to train the memory?

Am I missing anything?

I think my only weak spot is my MB, but it should be able to handle the above and not bottleneck me.

Thanks for any advice.
