Still getting 'warnings' about my account will be restricted tomorrow.

Hello..
I made this post https://www.reddit.com/r/GGPoker/comments/1t8osvr/ggcares_team_is_to_slow_to_respond/ 3 days ago.

Since then i had GGCare team respond say sorry and everything is good! See pic:

Thumbs up from GGSupport = All good.

And 19 hours after i received this mail on monday i get the following mail 5 hours ago today.

Why did i get this?

I sent a response back right away but haven't heard anything. What is going on over at GGCares support? They seems to be in disarray and give conflicting information. And the document that was attached in the last mail i already filled in and sent in on 29th of april. However as you can see the box under "following steps" is empty so something seems a bit wierd?

Ggcares team is to slow to respond.

On 29th of April I got request for documents. Proof of funds And fill in a paper with it from GGcares . I did it very quick and sent the documents same day on 29th of April.

Then on 5th May I got a response that the documents have been accepted but now they wanted passport picture and proof of adress which i also sent the same day.. And now like 5 days later I still have not heard anything and when logging in to the client I saw this. (see Pic)

I actually even moved yesterday so I sent in a new document for new address to help@ggpoker.eu which got accepted in 10min.

So what's going on over at ggcares@ggpoker.eu email? The response time is so slow that my account will get locked soon.
