So I'm about to work in a circus-like environment. It's all going to be under UV glow lights. I've read that this kind of light is bad for you.

What kind of PPE should I wear for this job?

I've been looking at getting prescription UV-rated goggles (ANSI Z87.1-1989 certified) but I'm uncertain on a good company to buy it from.

Also should I wear sunblock?

I've been recently offered a role for an AV company. Everything seems good except the travel pay. They pay minimum wage while on the plane. I've never traveled for a job before. Is this standard to have different rates of pay for work and for travel?
