TLDR - what should I be doing? Why does my amount jump so much. They keep moving the goalpost and information around and I cannot keep up.

Was finally able to get Mohela to correct my repayment plan along with my income recertification and it says I’m in PAYE.

It says $0 for a year, jumps to $2057 after that year for 10 years.

I don’t mind payments that make sense but that number is absurd. I’m already paying few hundred so I can stay on track.

Question:

Is that $2050 payment mean if I don’t recertify?

As long as I recertify, will I be getting a lower monthly amount (unless I somehow make substantially more?)

Is there anything I should be doing to prep or be aware of?

I dmed Rachel and Van on ig but figured might be easier to see here.

This is a local campus near LA and was known for academics and quality of education. It’s a shame
