93mm Alox Electrician and Companion Slim disassembled.

Hi all!

When I was thinking about making another mod, I was surfing the web for pictures about disassembled 93mm models, cause it would be nice to realize, that I cannot accomplish the mod I wanted and I don't have to buy and disassemble the knives.

But there wasn't any pictures, so I thought, before I assemble my mod, I would take pictures of the layers, so the next fellow modder could plan ahead.

I took the pictures ~45cm above, so the pictures would not distort too much and could be used in CAD modelling.

Layers:

  • Main blade with Reamer
  • Scissors
  • Electrician blade with bottle opener
  • Box opener with bottle opener

... and a scale from the inside.

I am designing a tool, which holds a sewing needle (made for sewing machines) to work as a stitching awl. The needle is cylindrical, but has one side grinded flat. I will slightly grind down a bit of the grey slotted disk, so I can insert the needle, twist the disk with a screwdriver, and it will tighten up. The design will be sandwiched between 2 other layers, so the parts cannot move sideways. This is still a bit crude, but I hoped to get some input from some experienced folks. Thanks.
