Has anyone had a FNA come back as ‘consistent with thyroid lymph nodes’?

Located in the isthmus.

I’ve had 2 FNA’s now, first being non diagnostic and then this one. The nodules are very small (5mm) but were classed as TR5 and I also had another larger left pole nodule that came back as benign.

So now they don’t know if they are nodules or lymph nodes?

Radiologist had also said there was a third ‘nodule’ present right next to the other 2 (which popped up within a 5 month timeframe)

This process is all very confusing!

I’ve also had other neck symptoms which I feel are right where lymph nodes would be.

Report states I do not have thyroiditis.

Any insight would be great if anyone has had anything similar!
