I sent my OLED deck to a shop and they upgraded me to 32 GB of ram and flashed my bios. It's been reading as 32 GB and been great for nearly a year, but after a recent steam deck update my deck I noticed some unusual slowness and saw that my deck is now registering as 14 gb of ram. I talked to the shop and they said they'd flash it again for 30 bucks plus shipping but is it easy or possible to do it myself? Or is it too difficult I should let them do it. Looking for input, thanks.
