I started phentermine 15mg on 2/25/26 I started at 183, I am now 162-164 it fluctuates every few days. After the first month and a half I switched to 30mg. I am at a stand still though. For the last month I haven’t lost any weight, it was coming off so fast at first like 3-4 pounds a week mostly. My working out has slowed down but I am still in a calories deficit every day. What else can I do to lost more, I need to get down to at least 150
