Watching $TDIC for a possible continuation or dip after the AI news

TD Holdings, Inc. already made a strong move from around 1.35 up to 1.90 after the Dreamland subsidiary Trendic announced an MOU with LinkFung Innovation Limited around an AI image library platform.

Trying to see if there’s another leg here or if it cools off after the premarket run.

My levels:

• Looking at 1.42 as the key area to hold
• If it loses that, I could see a pullback toward 1.30 during regular hours
• If it breaks 1.75 with real volume, momentum could continue

Targets I’m watching if buyers step in:

• 1.95
• 2.15
• 2.30
• 2.60
• 3+ if it turns into a full low-float chase

The AI angle is what’s pulling attention right now, but it’s still just an MOU, so volume matters a lot. If the breakout over 1.75 doesn’t happen before or shortly after open, this might just fade and reset lower first.

Anyone else trading TDIC today or waiting to see if it gets that 1.75 break?

Anyone watching $TDIC after the premarket move? Up 46% on AI news

TD Holdings, Inc. is up over 46% premarket after announcing that Dreamland’s Trendic subsidiary signed an MOU with LinkFung Innovation Limited tied to an AI image platform project.

Looks like they’re talking about building out an intelligent image library system with things like AI face recognition, auto tagging, search, and cloud-based infrastructure.

What caught my attention is how small this one still is. The float is tight after the 1:5 reverse split, and outstanding shares are reportedly around 27M now, so it doesn’t take much volume for something like this to move.

That said, it’s still just an MOU, so definitely early. No guarantee it turns into anything major, but these small cap AI headlines have been getting attention lately and sometimes the market reacts before there’s any real revenue attached.

Could just fade after the opening spike, or it could become one of those low-float runners if traders pile in.

Anyone trading this today or looking deeper into what Trendic is actually building?

$TDIC is this AI announcement actually meaningful or just another microcap headline?

Saw TD Holdings, Inc. trending after the company announced its Dreamland subsidiary signed an MOU with LinkFung Innovation Limited to work on an AI-powered image library platform.

After reading through it, I’m not sure there’s much substance yet.

The announcement sounds interesting on the surface, but it’s still just a non-binding MOU. No final agreement, no numbers, no customer commitments, no revenue guidance. They’re basically saying they plan to explore building something over the next 12 months.

The wording also checks every AI press release box. Face detection, smart tagging, vector search, recommendation systems, cloud infrastructure. It sounds impressive, but those are broad features, not proof they’ve built something valuable.

What stood out to me is the company itself. Dreamland’s core business is entertainment and event-related experiences, not software. That makes this feel more like a pivot story than something backed by an existing AI operation.

With a market cap around $9M, I can see why traders are interested. Small float names can move hard on a headline like this. But if they seriously try to develop a real AI platform, it probably means they’ll need funding later, which brings dilution into the picture.

There’s definitely a chance it runs on momentum. That part happens all the time with these small names. Just hard to tell whether there’s an actual business here yet or if the market is pricing in a future idea that may never materialize.

$TDIC under $2 tiny float AI play after reverse split?

Been digging into TD Holdings, Inc. and noticed a few things that caught my eye.

Dreamland Limited’s subsidiary, Trendic International Limited, just signed an MOU with LinkFung Innovation Limited to explore building an AI-powered intelligent image library platform. From what’s in the release, they’re looking at a full stack setup with AI face detection, automated tagging, smart filtering, cloud infrastructure, and a high-performance database.

A few details that make it interesting:

• Trading under $2
• 1:5 reverse split went through April 20
• Reported OS around 27M shares
• AI angle tied to image/data infrastructure
• Low float setup that could move fast if volume shows up

Not saying this is a long-term hold, but these small caps with fresh AI news and tightened share structure sometimes get attention quick.

Anyone watching TDIC here or seen other recent low-float AI names setting up like this?
