I painted this some years back. I love the crisp edges one can achieve with gouache :)

I’ve wanted to paint in oils for years but felt too intimidated, so I got me some water mixable oils :). I know they aren’t considered true oil paints, but for someone who’s used to painting in gouache, it’s been an easier transition.

I’ve done 5 more paintings on canvas since this. Very proud of myself :D
