Phoenix or Stormshield for HC Javazon?
Even with silk weaves, mana still seems to be a bit of an issue.
Would SS with max block help with survivability more than redemption from Phoenix? Not sure if it’s worth using all those high runes for Phoenix just for some QOL improvements.
