Apartment help!
Hi! I’m planning to move to Charlotte around June and wanted to see if anyone has recommendations for apartments or knows of anyone looking for a roommate. I’m ideally looking to stay within about a 20–30 minute drive of the city. I’ve been looking in areas like NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Dilworth, South End, University area, and some parts of south/southwest Charlotte, but I’m open to other safe areas. My budget is around $1,300–$1,425 total (including fees). Please be kind haha. My main priorities are that it’s clean, well-kept, and in a safe area. I’d also be open to a roommate if it’s a good fit. I’d prefer another female who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
