Hey guys, been working in embedded software development with 5 YOE. I will be getting call from Qualcomm( Hyderabad) for senior engineer role. I’ve always worked in MSMEs, this is my first time into an MNC. My current CTC is just over 14LPA. How should I negotiate the salary and what would be their initial offering? Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
