Hi everyone!
I’m moving to Houston to work at TCH and starting to look for an apartment. I’m hoping to find a place that’s safe, clean (minimal bugs 😅), and relatively quiet—I don’t mind commuting a bit for the right spot.

I’ve been looking mainly in Sugar Land and Katy, since I’m not really a downtown person and prefer a quieter lifestyle. My budget is around $1,800/month.

I’ve come across a few apartments with good reviews, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has personal experience in these areas—good or bad!

Any recommendations for specific apartments or neighborhoods in Sugar Land or Katy? The ppostsost here are mostly in the downtown area.
