Fellas really need your help!

My dad and I went to a certain agency for mbbs abroad, The agency had helped in my brother's admission for private MG in India. The lady in there suggested Caucasus University in Georgia, there were also some other colleges for options.
People who are doing mbbs in Georgia or did in Georgia could you please help me with some queries:
What are the pros and cons of doing mbbs in Georgia or in particular Caucasus University? Did you face any difficulties? The lady also gave another option like GAU, East European college, is there any difference between these colleges?? Please be brutally honest!!
The lady was very boastful which i understand from the side of the sales executive but she said in one of her lines, Quote- " 80-90 percent of students from this college clear USMLE". Can this be real?? I thought USMLE was tough to crack( heard in some other subs)
The lady said that the currency used in Georgia is dollars but upron researching on it bit it's say GEL currency and going in more dept it's saying you can't really buy GEL currency in their country.... I am hella confused bruhhh.
