I do kickboxing on hard floor which is new so maybe the feet peel (again) because of that. One night I also woke up because the feet itched too much and walking felt horrible but that hasn't happened again. I also moisturize my feet and hands regularly with Aquan L and haven’t knowingly done anything unusual with the hands. The knuckle's side of the thumb looks that way because of biting and the hand peeling started from where the nails end. Thanks for helping!
