2010 Mitsubishi outlander v6 auto awd, bad pinion seal? (210k km)

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing good. I just bought this car recently and after lifting it i noticed it’s leaking from the rear differential. How bad of a repair job is this? I’m in Toronto area and was wondering what i should expect cost wise for a job like this, appreciate any info

How bad is this diff leak?

Just took the car in for brakes and was checking the car from underneath, looks like i have a leak in the diff? Has anyone got this fixed in Ontario for a good price? Also i can’t tell if my fuel tank is leaking but there is some sort of fluid stain on it

Are fuel tank issues common for high mileage 2010 outlanders?

Before buying my current car i remember coming across a couple of listings where fuel tank leak issues were mentioned or replaced. If it was once I wouldn’t pay no mind but i’ve never seen multiple listings on one type of car with a fuel tank issue until now. Is this common and how do you prevent it? I have the 2010 Mitsubishi outlander xls awd v6 auto. Appreciate any tips!

Hey everyone, was looking to see if anyone can provide me some insight. I was put as high risk driver couple years back so when i got my motorcycle I wasn’t being accepted by some insurance companies until i found out about desjardin insurance. Desjardin from my understanding treats your car accident history separate from your motorcycle history which is why i was able to get good rates for insurance with them. I’m looking to switch to another company for now, is there any other companies that insure M2 riders the same as desjardin does by ignoring car history? Appreciate any info, thanks and i will be completing my M course this year if i do end up getting another bike.
