This company is an actual joke. Sending out an Error or group email saying the orders are refunded addressed to someone named SHINYA
have waited now over 10 days with no response back to this either, have been asking if my package will ever come bc my tracking said my package was "returned to sender" w/ no response or anything to that either.
they send a group email to people about a refund when i never asked for a refund and then not explaining on anything said as well as having and unknown issue and timeframe to refund the payment.
horrible company, i just wanted my one pair i ordered october last year
