Circular saw guides

Have any of you used any of the guides on the market (milescraft,kreg,bora,etc) that work well with the flex saws. I have the 6 1/2”, 7 1/4”, and the rear handle just looking for something to make cutting plywood easier and not take up too much space

I’ve stained this veneer table top twice now and both times the stain is tacky once dry. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least. I sanded it to 220 prior to adding pre stain, let it sit 30 minutes then wipe, and then stain let sit for 10 minutes and wipe. Can anyone point me in the direction of what I might be doing wrong.
