M1 visa rejected 2nd time Mumbai consulate going for pilot studies I am 19

Me : my parents are going to fund me they have total assets worth 3 crore and liquid asset worth 95 lakh and I have a student loan for 70 lakhs
Vo: how do your parents have this much money lying around
Me: my parents saved the money also my father got retired so he got gratuity of around 60 lakhs and we sold a land
Vo : do u have any flying experience
Me: no officer but i have completed my Indian licensing exams
Vo : sorry I cannot give u a visa
Another guy going for pilot was also there he was also rejected visa so is it the visa category problem or a me problem ?
