I started working at Home Depot a few months ago. Everything seemed fine other than they didn’t train me for shit. Watched the videos and went straight to solo shifts. But that’s not what I’m asking abt. Today I had an issue with the scheduling app and couldn’t get in. I was 99% sure I closed so I came in at closing. Turns out I was wrong and was 5 hours late. Everywhere else I worked if I was late they’d call me to ask if I was ok etc. I got nothing. Is that normal?
