I often see poll questions with “gaining the ability to teleport” as one of the options, and it makes me wonder what would plausibly happen to someone if society found out they had it.

Killed immediately? Kidnapped and experimented on? Forced labour? Would they be protected by the usual human rights if they had that much power, basically?

I’m curious what everyone thinks.
