For me, it’s In Rainbows.
After going through a breakup, I was feeling really emotionally unstable, and I’d distract myself by dancing alone at night while listening to “Jigsaw Falling Into Place.” On days when I felt more sentimental, or when I went out for walks to clear my head, I’d listen to “House of Cards” and let it calm me down

I listened to this album over and over again to get through that period, and especially those two songs meant a lot to me.
