Not sure if this amount is normal or I mis timed the balance belt by like a tooth or so

Okay so i replaced the cam housing gasket and other small gaskets that were near the area. The oil leak stopped which is great but there is a sound coming from the engine im sure you can hear it from the video. I cant seem to locate it it
