A quick post.. went to HTSB this afternoon, had a few mins to kill before heading back to work.

Main display case has a Deadpool, Star Wars, etc. The Superman at the top is one I already covered in another thread.. they also took away the Batman. Other sections of the store still the same.. nothing I can see that's been updated.

Anyway, here are some snaps.

PS there is a Comic Con next month here in HK.. but doesn't look like anything special. Checked last week, seems they only have 6 special guests, only 2 I know.. the Vecna guy from Stranger Things, and Christopher Lloyd from BTTF. Not sure if Hot Toys will be there, or any other one sixth scale companies. Seems they were very late with the available information, also zero advertisement for it. No other announcements such as who will be exhibiting there.. typical Hong Kong sloppy shop. The prices for the event seem to be a rip-off, too lol Not sure if I will go or not

I went to this anime store this afternoon - tons of people, kinda crowded inside. They have a large collection of SHF, anime, Storm Collectibles, one sixth scale, Gundam, etc. A lot of their SHF is on sale, many reduced down by $100-$200'ish HKD. Name of shop: anime pro.. they also got branches in other places.. this one is on the outskirts of SSP towards PE area. Use xe.com to get the price of your currency from HKD.

If anyone is in HK you can also check out the massive Bandai Namco event at Harbour City, biggest mall in the city. I wrote a review on it below, and another thread on the SHF stuff sold there. As always, this is a mainstream event.. meaning all the prices are jacked up the whazoo.

If you're looking for SHF for best prices, best places to hit are toy arcade centres in MK, or the Carousell marketplace. These types of hobby stores has good discounts time to time - either to get rid of dead stock, or make space for newer releases. They also do massive clearance sales if they plan on shutting down permanently. A lot of shops here have closed up since 2018, been to a few joints where they got rid of their stuff for peanut prices.
