Yes it was bloody chopped up and edited to hell. They changed the story to where it upset the original writer I can’t spell her name. I think or both versions like the Beatles UK tracklists and the Beatles US albums. Butchered tracklists, edited albums, missing then added tracks. But some LOVE and prefer the US Beatles albums despite the Beatles hating the us versions themselves. But they ARE iconic.

People look down on the DiC dub because people always COMPARE. When you compare, you can’t appreciate the beauty in something. Sailor moon is the core reason why Serena became a popular name in the early 2000’s for newborn girls.

I’m not saying the US DiC is superior because that would be absurd. But watching it again lately I find myself glued to the TV feeling VERY different emotions.

If Americans had only known DiC/Clover and there was never anything after that, it would be held to much higher regard. Because it is always being compared, it gets looked down upon.

My financial sub bought me my first Saturn almost a month ago. He likes when I’m spoiled, and liked when I told him that I have 3 of each Irwan 2000/2001 doll except Saturn. I said my goal is to have 3 of ALL, Hotaru being no exception. I snatched both of these barely less then 30 days. (He puffs his pipe and I charge his card on things a fun game we play. Some wait years for one, I got TWO 4 weeks apart.

And the coolest thing about my second Saturn that just shipped today, is that she’s truly factory sealed. Seller had many photos, plastic around her face, tape intact… I’ll know for sure when I make a video unboxing a sealed Saturn on YouTube. It would help others looking to determine if their Saturn is truly sealed. A sealed Irwan doll leaves a loose string same color as their dress every time they get removed for the first time.

I’m so excited just one more Saturn and I’ll truly have 3 of each!! Now I have my main Saturn around the black while I play games watch tv. Toys were not made to be kept in boxes. They were made to be loved.

Tried to fit everything best I could but what do you guys think? Missing super sailor moon now that I have Saturn. Missing a few proplicas but have almost all of them. I included 3D adventures of sailor moon on CDR by 3VR too. Think I have all the lockets? I never got any of the brilliant color editions.

Not pictured are the Blu-ray’s and dvds. The irwans shown are my “display collection.” I have separate sealed boxed versions of them all now except Saturn for obvious reasons. I have others mint in box upstairs in a closet. Forgot to include my Luna pen but have the first broach out.

I opened sealed ones I collected and reshape and condition their hair, give them TLC, then back in boxes. (One day my hard work may go into the hands of a loving home.) Then I have my playing copies. Have 3 plutos, Neptunes, etc. I had to have a second princess Serena to display on my desk! Have another wicked lady coming in the mail, got my first one today late by UPS. Wicked lady and Saturn same day both completing my Irwan collection together minus super Moon.

I have two of each of half the proplicas, not gonna list all those. I have a moon chalice with the moon brown off, but have another still sealed in the box. It’s my display copy and I hide stuff in the lid like 420 or bfs chastity key.

I’m crying right now because this is very symbolic to me. I saw her at a store when I was 12 in Chicago, some hippie store selling imported stuff. I had a choice between Saturn and sailor Venus, and you could imagine what stupid choice I made. Mom said next week I can get Saturn and when we went back, she wasn’t there. And I remember there being five of them.

My collection will be complete soon, but I just got Saturn today!! I never thought I would get one. One of my financial subs on WebCam asked if there is something I always wanted with no judgement.

I’ve wanted her for so long. She’s so beautiful in person photos don’t do justice. I can’t tell if she’s 2000 or 2001 but this looks like what I saw downtown Chicago. Back of the body says 2000 even though seller said it’s the 2001 version. What I’m holding now is perfect.

Now I want another!! I have doubles for most of my 11.5s now. Have to wait till my sub’s next paycheck for super sailor moon!
