Comment your lab win for the week.

My lab win for the week was that I didn't have one hemolyzed sample last week.

Im a phlebotomist of 4 years and generally don't have much hemolyzed samples. Except for whatever reason about 2 weeks ago i had samples from 2 patients grossly hemolyzed in one week, and the draws went well!

When patients check in last minute "I'm sorry I came right before you close"

Me: "it's okay" 😊

My pregnancy brain raging "shut up. You're are not sorry. If you were truly sorry you would've came another day and not last minute"

Anyone else feel this way??
